Dr. Jeffrey Kubo has been practicing in Thousand Oaks since 1996, where he was located inside JCPenney's at the Oaks Mall. In 2022, he moved to his new office on Thousand Oaks Blvd. Dr. Kubo takes extreme pride in his job and treats his patients like family. discover moreJeffrey T. Kubo, OD, FAAO received his Doctorate in Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry (SCCO) in 1993 where he graduated with honors. He was also recognized with numerous academic and clinical awards, but he is distinctly proud of his selection as one of thirteen recipients in the United States to receive the Health Professions Scholarship through the United States Air Force. After graduation, he was stationed at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware, where he served as the Assistant Chief of Optometry.
